	Darryl Oldham - Company Grain and Seed Representative Darryl has been with the company since 2005 and is servicing the Hinds/Mayfield area. He is obtaining knowledge and experience in all types of particularly arable and pastoral sectors. 	Greg Watson - Company Grain and Seed Representative Greg joined the company in May 2009 and is responsible for servicing the Malvern and North Canterbury area. Greg has a background in farming and prior to joining the Cates’ team was involved in servicing farmer clients in the pastoral sector and is currently building his knowledge base in the arable and cropping aspects of the business. 	Neil Sharplin - Ashburton Storeman Neil was the Ashburton Seed Store Manager until his retirement in May 2009. Neil now has a part time role with the company assisting the current Seed Store manager with the day to day running of the store.
	Andrew Howden - Grain Co-ordinator Andrew has over 14 years of experience in the grain and seed industry and the majority of this being in the quality control and the logistics of grain throughout New Zealand, Andrew controls the grain movements for our company working closely with Martin Reid and growers to ensure that all movements are carried out quickly and efficiently. 	Ramon Hurst - Seed Store Manager Ramon manages the Ashburton store and is responsible for the movement and documenting of all products.
